All sales on are final. Julynails does not issue any returns or exchanges on any of our products. 

If you would like to request for a return due to any other reason, please review our return policies below for purchases. Julynails monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Julynails in all instances. Julynails Miles and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns and refunds are subject to validation and approval at Julynails's discretion.

Shipping POLICY
Julynails will ship out the package in 48 hours after you placed order on our website. The shipping process may take 10~20 days. We can not guarantee that you can receive package in a special time. Please place your order early if you want a birthday gift.

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can request to return the item back to us for a full refund on the item within 15 days of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

There is a $5 / return processing fee that will be deducted from your order price. All returns are subject to Julynails' discretion and insufficient information may result in a longer processing time or rejection of return request.

Returns may take up to 30 days to process and any refunds issued can only be issued to the original payment method.

Please contact our Customer Care Team at Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 5pm. We ask that you allow 24 hours from time of email for a reply.

We make every effort to delivery parcels within USA placed before 12 noon on the next business day. However, this is out of our control and from time to time deliveries may be delayed.
